Welcome to the Yolie Aleman-Rodriguez Agency! With 20 years of experience as an agent and as a small business owner in our Arizona community, I understand the unique needs of both business owners and families.

At our agency, our main goals are to protect, educate, and assist our policyholders with personalized plans that cater to their lifestyles. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to help you with all your Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and Business insurance needs. We even offer dog insurance because we love our furry friends. When you visit our office, you'll be greeted by Dexter (Westie) and Dixie (Scottie), who are always ready to give you a happy tail wag.

I graduated from the University of California Riverside with a Business Degree and have proudly been affiliated with State Farm for 30 years. Throughout my career, I have achieved several notable accomplishments, including, qualifying for Exotic and Level 3 Travel, and receiving the Presidents Club award in Life, Fire, and financial goals. Additionally, I have been a member of the agents Legion of Honor for fifteen years.

I have been honored with the Excellence Award from the Hispanic Leadership Institute in 2012 and have been recognized as Woman of the Year by Mujer, Inc. I am a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute and have co-founded and served as President of the National Agents Network at State Farm.

In the past, I have held various roles at State Farm Insurance, including National Catastrophe Team Re-inspector/Trainer, 24-hour Call Response Center Supervisor, and Auto and Fire Representative. I have also served on the boards of organizations such as the Kino Border Initiative, South Mountain Scholarship Foundation, Mujer Inc., and the National Agents Network.

Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our fur babies at the dog park, exploring local Farmers Markets, and supporting charitable and community events.
