"Have you noticed since the pandemic started that regardless of what type of Company you might have had to unfortunately contact for assistance within their jurisdiction that the term CUSTOMER SERVICE has disappeared completely. Either the person you are enlisting help from is a new employee not properly trained for the job just a body to fill a void, or they do not like their job, or feel underpaid or all the above it all comes down to your problem now. In the last two weeks I have had to utilize 7 different companies for help and I can truly say that the only one that I felt was there fighting for me, understanding my problem and truly wanting to make a difference was Yolie. I have all the faith and confidence that she is always there for you and it truly shows with all the effort that she puts into her job and her staff. I truly feel that anyone who uses her service will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have someone who has your back from the beginning to the end"

"I was having issues getting my vehicles insured as my previous agent that had my home insurance policy was not happy I switched locations to Yolie’s office (closer to me) the previous agent gave me a quote but then said since I switched locations she couldn’t take a payment, I was stressing due to this and it was making my medical issues worse, I called Yolie’s office and Maria went above and beyond for me, she not only got me coverage but was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of the same day! I highly recommend this office! Thank you Maria!"
